Jenny is an Operations, Quality and Design Management Specialist with more than 15 years experience of implementing change and managing process/product development.
She is trained as a Lean Manufacturing Practitioner, as a Six Sigma specialist, and as Prince 2 practitioner and has helped numerous SMEs improve operational efficiency, planning and quality performance, including helping with implementation of ISO 9001. With a background in manufacturing and product development for the Aerospace, Defence, Electronics and Electromechanical industries and experience of service businesses tackling Innovation Management and Business Strategy Development she has both experience and knowledge of key tools to help manage complex issues.
Jenny plays a critical role across all aspects of our business, supporting Deyton Bell, our partners and our clients. She has helped with the design, development and implementation of many funded Business Support Programmes and is focussed on exceeding targets whilst ensuring rigorous adherence to quality of delivery and reporting.
Away from the office Jenny is a Trustee of a local charity, which offers specialist Mental Health services that can be accessed by anyone aged between 11 and 18 years old in emotional difficulty.
She is also a Jazzercise Instructor, teaching local classes in Peterborough and shares her home office with Fenny the cat.
